Plain answers about what this website collects and what we do with it.

This page covers www.f8tech.com, run by F8 Tech, LLC ("f8 Tech," "we"). The short version: this site does not use accounts, cookies for tracking or advertising trackers, and it does not keep a database of visitors. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out the assessment form, its contents (your name, job title, company, contact details and what you tell us about your business) are emailed to our team. If you apply for a job, we receive the résumé and details you send.
- Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Anonymous visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other websites.
- Spam protection. The assessment form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. Turnstile does not track you for advertising.
- Your display preference. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers that choice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to respond to you: to answer your questions, schedule an assessment or consider your job application. We use technical information and visit counts only to run, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the site and our email: Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection and visit counts), Microsoft 365 (email) and Google Fonts (which supplies the site's typefaces and receives your IP address to do so). They handle data under their own privacy terms.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and applications are kept in our email only as long as we need them to work with you, and are then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time, typically a few days.
How we protect it
Protecting data is what we do for a living. The site is served only over encrypted connections, form submissions travel encrypted to our Microsoft 365 email, and only our team can see them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@f8tech.com or call 254.220.4868, and we will take care of it.

Links to the client portal, remote support and other websites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Client data
Information we handle while providing services to clients is covered by our agreements with them, including business associate agreements for healthcare clients, not by this page.
