Proactive Care

For businesses that don’t have the budget or need for the five-star hotel experience, Proactive Care is the budget-friendly inn that still takes care of their most fundamental needs.

Not all businesses (or their budgets) are created equal. For smaller businesses that don’t need a great deal of IT support or that have lower budgets set aside for IT, Proactive Care supplies core IT services like performance monitoring, help desk access, management oversight, antivirus, etc., excluding some of the benefits and services of Managed Care but still meeting the client’s fundamental IT needs.

The key component of Proactive Care is proactively keeping a client’s systems running optimally. This lighter-weight package provides businesses with the expertise they need along with on-demand support at a billable rate.

Supplemental IT Services

For businesses that do have an IT specialist on staff or an existing in-house IT department, sometimes additional services are still needed out-of-house, and that’s where F8’s supplemental IT services come in.

When you have additional needs that your own IT staff or IT infrastructure can’t meet, F8 Tech offers ala carte services to fill in the gaps. Maybe you need assistance with equipment acquisition and installation. Perhaps you need help with backup or system recovery.
